Can I use my A50 X with Nintendo Switch?

When the Switch is in Docked Mode, you can plug the HDMI cable from the Switch Dock into the A50 X Base Station. We recommend using the HDMI port labeled PS. Both audio and video will work, including PLAYSYNC and audio redirect.

When I connect my A50 X Base Station to power, two LEDs flash, alternating red and white

This means your Base Station has not been connected to a proper source of power. Please make sure to use the included Combo (Y) cable and power adapter. Also, make sure your A50 X is not powered by a portable power bank or a non-standard charger.

My A50 X is no longer responsive even if I dock and undock the headset. How do I reset the A50 X?

You can try performing a hardware reset:

Make sure the base station is connected to power and the headset is docked.

Press and hold both the PLAYSYNC and GAME buttons for 6+ seconds.

Release when the front panel battery indicator lights go out.

I’m having trouble with PC connectivity and sometimes I have to power cycle the Base Station to get it going

Make sure you’re not connecting your A50 X to a USB hub. Try connecting your A50 X directly to an available port on your PC’s motherboard.

When I use my A50 X with an LG OLED TV and a PS5, it shows me a black screen or Invalid Format error

Update to the latest firmware using G HUB on PC/Mac or the Logitech G App on iPhone/Android. Also, ensure your TV has been updated to the manufacturer’s latest firmware/OS or try adjusting the PS5’s 4K Video Transfer Rate / disabling Deep Color.
